Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1. 2 cups of rice
  2. 2. Oil
  3. 3. Salt
  4. 4. PinchTumeric
  5. 5. Liver 500gms
  6. 6. Half of green,red and yellow bell peppers
  7. 7. 2 tomatoes
  8. 8. 1 royco cube
  9. 9. 1/2 cabbage
  10. 10. 6 carrots
  11. 11. 1 tbs of tomatoe paste
  12. 12. Bunch of coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the bell peppers and one carrot and the liver to stripes.

  2. 2

    Cut onions, tomatoes, and coriander into small pieces.

  3. 3

    In a pan add 1 tbs of oil and add the liver. Pan fry it till all the moisturiser is lost and they are dry.

    Fry onions till light brown add tomatoes and fry them for five minutes.

  5. 5

    Add the dried liver and the royco cube, tomato paste and fry till ready.

  6. 6

    Add the bell peppers stripes and fry them for five minutes. Add salt to taste.

  7. 7

    Add the coriander leaves.

  8. 8

    Boil your rice as usual and add tumeric salt to taste and some oil.

  9. 9

    Steam cabbage and carrots with some oil add salt to taste. Enjoy your meal while hot with a glass of juice.
