Cooking Instructions

In a bowl sieve the flour, cinammon, cloves and salt

Add in the sugar and yeast and mix well.

Add in the margarine and rub it in till it forms crumbs. Add the eggs.

Make a soft dough by kneading using warm milk. Place the dough in a warm place for 1 hr to proof

After proofing knead the dough and spread it out on a surface

Apply the peanut butter evenly
- 7
Roll up the dough and cut the roll into small pieces
- 8
Place on a greased tray and proof again for 20 mins
- 9
Apply egg wash and bake for 25- 30 mins.

I needed a recipe to use up the four egg yolks I had left over from making meringues so I made these! I overbaked mine (18 min in a toaster oven) so definitely bake for less time than that.
