Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 tablespoonteast
  4. 1 tablespoonmargarine
  5. 300 gmspeanut butter
  6. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  7. 2eggs +1 (for egg wash)
  8. 1 cupwarm milk
  9. 1/2 teaspooncloves
  10. 1 teaspooncinammon

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl sieve the flour, cinammon, cloves and salt

    Add in the sugar and yeast and mix well.

    Add in the margarine and rub it in till it forms crumbs. Add the eggs.

    Make a soft dough by kneading using warm milk. Place the dough in a warm place for 1 hr to proof

  5. 5

    After proofing knead the dough and spread it out on a surface

  6. 6

    Apply the peanut butter evenly

  7. 7

    Roll up the dough and cut the roll into small pieces

  8. 8

    Place on a greased tray and proof again for 20 mins

  9. 9

    Apply egg wash and bake for 25- 30 mins.
