Cooking Instructions

In basin put your all purpose flour in add salt and sugar and mixture together.

Knead your dough as you add in water until it's soft and the dough doesn't stick on your hands.

Add in cooking oil just use your hand and 1 palm should be enough.

Continue kneading until the oil has mixed well with the dough and cover with a kitchen towel or cling film and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

At this point your dough has risen and is very soft, place it on your working area and spread a big chapati the smear cooking oil and cut thin stripes that you will roll to form a round balls.

Once you are done put your pan on fire and start spreading each ball at a time to form a nice circle then put it on your pan.

Once on the pan cook one side then turn it an apply cooking oil on that side then turn again and apply oil and turn again, when that side has browned nicely remove from the pan and set a side. Repeat the process until all your dough is finished.

After 45 minutes you will be done and your chapatis are soft and layered, serve your chapati with beans, lentils, dengu or beef. Enjoy 😋😋
