Cooking Instructions

Make a smooth dough with 2 Cups of all-purpose flour, ¼ cup semolina, Salt ½ tsp, Water ¾ Cup, Yeast ½ tsp, Egg 1, Milk 2 ½ tbsp. Now cover and wait for an hour

Now Mix ⅓ cup of ghee with 3 tsp all-purpose flour

After an hour mix the ghee and flour mixture with the dough and make balls out of the dough. Cover them for some time.

After some time roll the parathas and place the each paratha between 2 butter papers.

Freeze for 1 hour.

After an hour cook the paratha on a non-stick pan without butter or oil.

Remove from Pan, Serve and enjoy.
