Cooking Instructions

Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, creaming after each addition. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla, orange rind, salt, and cinnamon. Add in flour.

Put dough into cookie press and press the dough onto un-greased cookie sheet. Decorate as you wish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

I wanted to eat tasty cookies, so I made the recipe I used to make for my kids. I thought they needed a little something else, so I added different ingredients and came up with this.I made this with twice the amount of ingredients so the photos would be clearer.For the egg, just one yolk is OK.Any kind of butter or margarine is fine.If the dough in Step 4 is too soft, add a little more pancake mix.
