Gently Flavored Sour Chicken Gently Flavored Sour Chicken
My kids can't eat very sour food yet, so I wondered if I could still make tasty sweet and sour chicken while minimizing the sourness. This is for kids, not adults, but I also recommend it to people who don't like sour flavors. When the chicken turns pale in Step 2, please be sure to take it out.The chicken will continue cooking with residual heat, so it will be very tender.Since the chicken is dusted with katakuriko potato starch flour while it's being prepped the dish will become thickened from that after a while, but to thicken the sauce even more, you can add in additional katakuriko potato starch flour dissolved in water. Corn Potage with Lots of Vegetables Corn Potage with Lots of Vegetables
I love soup with lots of vegetables, so I added vegetables to corn potage! The fluffy potatoes go really well with the rich corn potage. It's a soup you can "eat"!You stir-fry the vegetables in the fat that comes out of the bacon, so there's no need to add vegetable oil. If the vegetables stick and burn onto the bottom of the pan though, you can add a little olive oil.You want the starch in the potatoes to thicken the soup, so do not soak them before adding to the soup. Easy Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce made with a Food Processor Easy Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce made with a Food Processor
I bought a food processor a few years ago just to make this sauce. Over time, I started making it without checking the recipe, and the portions grew to about twice the amount of this recipe.Adding vegetables in this order makes the sauce tasty. When you use spaghetti, pour pasta water into the sauce pan and the sauce will coat the spaghetti well.
