Ingredients

  1. 1cauliflower
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 2big onions
  4. Garlic and ginger optional
  5. 1small bowl peas
  6. 1 bowlgreen beans
  7. 2potatoes
  8. 1 bowlmedium long cut carrot
  9. 3long cut green chilli optional
  10. 1 tablespoonsalt.you can add less or more quantity
  11. 1 tablespoondeggie mirch
  12. Halftablespoon black pepper powder
  13. 1 tablespoonkitchen king
  14. 1 tablespoonturmeric

Cooking Instructions

    Make the pan hot and put sunflower oil to fry all the vegetables one by one

    Sunflower oil make more crispy than refined oil

  3. 3

    Now in another pan roast jeera and garlic and ginger

  4. 4

    Now after making them golden add long chopped onions

  5. 5

    Just roast for 3 to 4 minutes and add tomatoes

  6. 6

    Put all the spices gently and sprinkle some water to make nice masala

  7. 7

    After soften the masala and when it start separating oil add all the vegetables and turn the flame very low

  8. 8

    Cover the utensil. vegetables are already soft by frying so check after 2 minutes because it will not take too much to get ready

  9. 9

    After 10 to 12 minutes turn the gas off and let it cover

  10. 10

    Steam will give very nice texture
