Cooking Instructions

Assemble all the ingredients.

De-bone the meat and cut into bite size chunks. Clean and cut the vegetables as well.

In a sufuria, cook the onions until browned. Add in the tomatoes, garlic and let them cook well.

Add in the pilau masala and stir well. To it add the chicken pieces and stir well to avoid burning.

To the meat, add the soy sauce and salt. Once well mixed, add the rice and stir.

Now add the chicken stock and let it come to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it cook on low until well cooked.

Serve with vegetables and enjoy.
