Very crunch, soft n delish. Try them out.
Cooking Instructions

Assemble all your ingredients n equipments.

Grease your baking tray.

Sieve your flour.
- 4
Measure all your ingredients putting them aside.

In a mixing bowl, add margarine, icing sugar n vanilla essence n an egg.

Using your hands or a whisk, mix gently those ingredients till all bond well.

Add flour n continue mixing gently. The dough should be smooth n soft. It should not stick.

Transfer your dough to a floured surface as u finalise on the dough. Divide it twice. To one pirtion, add chocolate n continue kneading gently till the chocolate bond completely.

Cover your doughs separately n give them 25-30 mins to relax.

Roll your dough separately to not very thin, make cut outs using a cookie cutter of your choice.

Arrange your cookies into a greased baking tray. Bake for 25-30 mins or till they turn brown. Note: whatch out on the chocolate one because you hardly notice when they are browning.

Once ready, remove them from the oven. Cool them n serve when ready.
