This is a classic throw back meal that we eat back in highschool branded R&B

Ingredients

30 min
6 servings
  1. 2 cupsBiriyani Rice
  2. 4 cupswater
  3. Oil
  4. Salt
  5. 3 cupspre boiled beans
  6. 1large onion
  7. 4medium tomatoes
  8. Garlic crushed
  9. 1/4tspn corriander
  10. 1/4tspn cumin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil water in a wide pot, add oil, salt & rice, Cook it till fluffy

  2. 2

    Wash the tomatoes chop them, peel the onion then chop it & place it in a heavy pot.

  3. 3

    Fry the onion till brown, then add the tomatoes, cook to a puree, add crushed garlic.

  4. 4

    Add the beans and cook for 10 minutes after seasoning.

  5. 5

    Serve with rice.
