Ingredients

  1. 3large eggs
  2. 100 gsugar
  3. 75 gflour
  4. 25 gcoco powder
  5. 15 mlhot water
  6. For the filling
  7. 75 gmargarine softened
  8. 175 gicing
  9. 1little milk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200. Mix eggs and sugar together n beat well. Sift in flour n coco then stir in the hot water

    Pour mixture into a prepared tin and smooth over evenly n bake for 7 to 10min

  3. 3

    Meanwhile have in ready a sheet of Grease proof n sprinkle some sugar

  4. 4

    Turn out the cake quickly into the paper and trim away edges. Place another sheet on top of the sponge and roll it up loosely using the sugared paper underneath as a guide. Leave it to cool.

    For the filling. Put margarine in a bowl sift icing and add it gradually with a little milk creaming everything together

    When cake cools.. Unroll then spread the cream then filly roll.

  7. 7

    Serve with tea or juice enjoy.
