Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsatta flour, 1/2 teaspoon dry methi
  2. Oil, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix atta flour, salt, methi leaves and some oil..

  2. 2

    Knead the dough with Luke warm water, the make small balls and roll them out

  3. 3

    Deep fry.. Best for breakfast with pickles
