Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3large Arrow roots
  2. I large cassava
  3. 1packet milk
  4. 1 tbspeanut butter
  5. 1 tbshoney

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the pre boiled arrow roots & cassava.

  2. 2

    Place them in a blender cubed,with a little water.

  3. 3

    Blend & add the milk, to get a smooth consistency. Add the honey & peanut butter.

  4. 4

    This is the final product its very healthy and quite filling.
