  1. 200 gramsemolina
  2. 1 cupsour curd
  3. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 teaspoonred pepper powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 100 gramcashews
  9. 10-12curry leaves
  10. 2-3 chillies
  11. As neededCoriander leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Soak semolina in curd and water making a smooth batter and adding salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder for half an hour

    Add finely chopped cashews, green chillies and coriander leaves

  3. 3

    Now add 1 teaspoon of the oil and baking soda and some of the oil use in greasing the idli mould

  4. 4

    Now pour the batter in idli mould and steam for 20 minutes

  5. 5

    Now remove from idli stand

  6. 6

    Now make tadka by heating oil and add mustard seeds Curry leaves and chopped cashews

  7. 7

    Add this on idlis and serve
