  1. 500 gchicken
  2. 1onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 2 tbscooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken into pieces. Put in a sauce pan let it cook keep turning to avoid burning. Add little water if need be.cook for around 20minutes or brown each sides and set aside.

    In a separate pan put cooking oil and onion. Let them cook add tomatoes add cook till ready

  3. 3

    Add the chicken and stir.cook for 5minutes it's ready

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali or pilau
