Take flour, corn flour and rice flour in a bowl

Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, pepper powder, dry mango powder and salt

Add water and mix to make a batter of dropping consistency

Add soda and mix well

Take a toothpick

Insert a piece of capsicum, then a cube of cottage cheese and lastly an onion

Prepare all sticks in the same way

Dip the ready sticks in the prepared batter

Deep fry the sticks in hot oil until goldem brown and crisp

Serve hot, sprinkled with chat masala on top
