Ingredients

  1. 400ml- fresh heavy cream
  2. 1can- condensed milk
  3. 3 tbsp- rose syrup
  4. 1 tbsp- Vanilla extract (optional)
  5. 1tbsp-Rose water

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the heavy cream into a large bowl whisk on a medium speed until soft peak.

    Add condensed milk, vanilla extract whisk until combined.

    Add rose water and rose syrup whisk combine.

  4. 4

    Pour ice cream into a freezer safe container. Cover and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours/overnight.

    Scoop out in the ice cream in a cup.

    Drizzle with some rose syrup, sprinkle rose petals and cool cool rose ice cream enjoy.
