Ingredients

  1. Beef chipolatas
  2. 2eggs
  3. 20 gmflour
  4. 20 gmbreadcrumbs
  5. Oil for deepfrying

Cooking Instructions

    Do your misen-place, heat oil for deepfrying at this stage

  2. 2

    Boil one egg for 25min remove from the heat and cool then remove the eggshell, set aside

  3. 3

    Take your chippolatas and make a flat surface like you do when making a dough,put boiled egg at the centre cover with sausage meat and mould to a round shape,take 3plates,one put flour,2nd one put beaten egg, lastly put breadcrumbs in the 3rd plate

    Take your meat pass it through flour first,dusting excess flour

  5. 5

    Pass it through the beaten egg slowly

  6. 6

    Finally pass it through the breadcrumbs coating everything

  7. 7

    Deepfry your Scotched egg to a golden brown color, remove from the heat, drain excess oil and cut it into two,enjoy with a salad of your choice
