  2. 1/4 cupWhipping cream
  3. 2 dropsRed colouring
  4. Frosted/ Iced cake

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

On a double boiler, put a glass bowl on top of a boiling water.

  2. 2

Add your cream, let it warm as u mix well n gently.

  3. 3

    Add your colour.

  4. 4

Grate or chop your chocolate and add it on your warming cream.

  5. 5

Put off the heat and let the chocolate melt completely. Keep stirring.

  6. 6

Once everything has incorporated, let it cool but not completely. Check on your consistency. It should be thick and flowing...

  7. 7

Once ok, you can use a spoon to do your drips by scooping some cream from the bowl and pouring it on your cake in whatever design you feel like. Just pour some on the the edges of your cooled frosted cake, and allow it to get it way down. If your cream is light, it will just flow down like water so kindly check on the consistency. Too thick, wunt flow at all. Might stick to one point.

  8. 8

Try them and see how it will be. All the best.
