Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmutton boiled
  2. 1large onion
  3. Ginger garlic paste
  4. Cooking oil
  5. 6tomatoes
  6. 4carrots
  7. Coriander
  8. 2 sticksrosemary leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry onions and rosemary on medium heat, add ginger garlic paste and let it cook

  2. 2

    Add in the meat, stir well as it cooks for some minutes till all the juice is dry

  3. 3

    Add in the tomatoes(blended) and carrots, stir well and let it cook till stirring occasionally to ensure it doesn't stick to the pot

  4. 4

    Once done add the coriander and set aside. Serve with your preferred accompaniment, enjoy!
