Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cupoil
  3. Salt
  4. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Put 2 cups flour in a bowl. Add salt, mix well and add 4-5tbsp oil.

    Gradually add water n knead to a soft dough. Keep aside for 20 mins.

    Make small balls and roll out chapatis. On each chapati apply oil and dust with flour.

    Now make a hole in the centre with ur finger. N fold it backwards. Cut on one side and roll.

    For best results keep the rolled dough in the fridge.

  6. 6

    Roll out the paratha place on a heated flat pan. Once u see bubbles flip it and pour oil from the sides.. once it gets a nice colour flip again. Pour little oil and its ready.
