Ingredients

  2. 1Onion
  3. 1 tspgarlic
  4. 1/2 cupcarrot
  5. 1/2 cupcapsicum
  6. 1/4 cupcabbage
  7. 1/4 tspsugar
  8. 1 tspgreen chilli sauce
  9. 1 tspsoya sauce
  10. 1/2 tspvinegar
  11. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  12. 1 tsppaper powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 tbspoil
  15. 1 tbspSpring Onions / Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Chapati cut into 2 half with a sharp knife or kitchen scissors. Then cut into thin long strips.

    Then chop onion, garlic and coriander leaves finely. Also cut carrot, capsicum and cabbage length wise / julienne or as per desire.

    Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion and fry for a while in high flame. Then add carrot, capsicum, cabbage and saute for 1/2 minute in high flame. Don’t over cook the veggies, it should retain it's crunchiness.

    Now add sugar, green chilli sauce and soy sauce.

    Then add vinegar, chapati strips and red chilli sauce.

    Then add pepper powder and salt, give a toss in high flame. Just toss for 1/2 minute and garnish with spring onion or coriander leaves.

    Serve chapati noodles
