Just pour in the sweet potatoes, marinated chicken, rice & water and boiled it for 30 minutes. Meaty Sweet Potato Porridge is tasty when serve warm.   1. 200 gChicken breast, cubed
  2. 1cup Rice grain, washed and drained
  3. 1.5litre Water
  4. 1 tbspCooking oil
  5. 1/2inch Ginger, shredded
  6. 200 gSweet potato, diced
  7. 1no Hard boiled salted egg, chopped
  8. Some Sesame oil
  9. 1stalk Spring onion, shredded
  10. 3/4 tspAJI-NO-MOTO®
  11. 1/3 tspSalt

Cara Memasak

1 hour 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with ingredients (A) for 30 minutes.

    Boil the rice with water over medium fire. Add more water if needed.

  3. 3

    Heat cooking oil in saucepan, stir-fry ginger and marinated chicken until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Transfer the stir-fried chicken into the half-cooked porridge.

  5. 5

    Add in sweet potatoes, stir well.

  6. 6

    Cover and cook until the meat is done and sweet potato become soft.

  7. 7

    Serve with salted egg, sesame oil and some spring onion.
