Cara Memasak

Masukkan Dhal Malawi ke dalam periuk. Tuang air sampai separuh penuh dan biarkan mendidih sampai lembut.

Tambah serbuk kunyit + garam + bawang putih + cili hijau ke dalam periuk. Biarkan mendidih sekali dengan Dhal tadi.

Then, masukkan Labu air yang telah dipotong. Tunggu sehingga Labu air tadi tukar warna transparent/ masak lembut. Masukkan santan atau fresh milk. Now you can check rasa pastikan garam semua ok. Nak add bolehlah tambah ye!

Bila dah siap, tutup api seketika. Prepare for the finishing. Get the spices all ready. Should be daun kari, bawang merah, cili kering dan halba campuran ye! Yang lain tadi dah add dalam kari dah… 😃

Next, on a separate pan masukkan minyak sikit. Then add in all the spices list tadi. - saya guna cili kering yang bulat kecil, you guys can use the other types as well ya! 😊

Bila bawang dah translucent and you can get the nice harum smell from the spices, you can turn off the stove. Pour all the ingredients dalam periuk dhal tadi. And tadaaaa siap jugak kari dhal labu air. 😋
