Ingredients

  1. 3tomatoes
  2. 2tatashe
  3. 3scotch bonnet
  4. 1large onion
  5. 2 tablespoonvegetable oil
  6. 1 cupcooked beef, pomo and gizzard
  7. 1 cupstock fish and dry fish
  8. Maggi seasoning
  9. 1 1/2 cupalayahu
  10. 1 cupugu leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend tomato, tatashe, onion and scotch bonnet. Add in vegetable oil and fry.

    Add stock fish and dry fish. Theen add in the meat, gizzard and pomo

  3. 3

    Mix well. Then add in maggi seasoning

  4. 4

    Add in alayahu and leave for 3 minutes. Mix it then add in ugu leaves and mix well. Leave for 5 minutes. Serve with masa or tuwo
