Ingredients

  1. 600 mldouble cream 200g golden caster sugar
  2. 3lemons

Cooking Instructions

    Mix cream and sugar and place in a pan simmer gently until the sugar has dissolved

  2. 2

    Allow to cool this can be speeded along by placing a bowl over a bowl of ice and stirring

  3. 3

    Zest and juice lemons

  4. 4

    Add zest and juice to cream and whisk a hand whisk give more control

  5. 5

    Poor into a fancy glass and chill

  6. 6

    Serve with short bread

  7. 7

    I garnished with pomegranate seeds and served with Seville orange shortbread
