Cooking Instructions

Take paneer in a bowl and add cornflour, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste. Keep aside for marination for 15 minutes.

Take one bowl add cornflour,all purpose flour,water and mix well for paneer coating. Add Paneer into mixture.

Heat pan on medium heat.add oil.after heating oil add paneer and fry until golden brown.1-2 minute per side. Transfer paneer to a paper towel.

Reserving oil in the pan add chopped ginger, garlic and stir than add onion,chilli, capsicum.cook and stir until Vegetables are golden brown.

Mix all sauce,sugar,salt with vegetables gently. Than add corn flour water mixture and stir for few minutes.

Add paneer and mix with gravy slowly.cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.chilli paneer is ready serve hot.. sprinkle some coriander leaves for garnishing.
