Cooking Instructions

First of all we will take a bowl and add into 2 tbsp. Of oil,1tsp.vinegar, salt to.taste, black.pepper, paneer and mix all ingredients.

Now we will take 2nd bowl and add starch flour, all.purpose flour mix well and add paneer cubes. And coat the paneer with flour.

Now we will take a pan or kadhai and add into oil now we will add paneer for. Deep fry

Now we will take a chinese wok and add 2 tbsp of oil, add ginger and garlic now cook it on high flame for few second.

Now add onion and capsicum and saute it for 2 minutes.

Now we will add vinegar, soya sauce,red chilli sauce, tomato kechap, salt,black.pepper and saute 1 mint now add water,add paneer and saute it on high flame for 3-4 mints.

And last garnish spring onion triangle fine cut.Your dish is ready now serve it and enjoy it.
