Ingredients

  1. 8 oz2 to 3 cups milk
  2. 4 tbspapple cider
  3. 1big onion diced
  4. 2 tbspginger grated
  5. 5-6 clovesgarlic grated
  6. 2tomatoes
  7. 1 packetpaneer chilli masala
  8. 2 tbspketchup
  9. 1 tbspsalt
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspturmeric
  12. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  13. 1 tbspgaram masala
  14. 1 tspblack pepper
  15. 1green capsicum diced

    Take a nonstick pan and add 1 tbsp butter or oil.roast ginger garlic and green chilli.after roasting add all the spices mentioned and add little water to cook

    Cook this at low flame for 2 minutes then add onion and capsicum and cover the utensil.let it simmer at very low flame.

    Other side boil the milk when it looks start to boil just turn off the gas and add vinegar or lemon juice.add more if not curdled well.water should appear and big pieces of paneer or cottage cheese is flowing at upper layer

    Strain all the extra water this water must be preserved to make soups and curries.rinse this paneer and put it in a damp cotton cloth.hold tightly and keep it in freezer to be shaped.

    Wait for 10 minutes and after freezing then cut in dices and add it to ready mixture.do not cook after adding the paneer.enjoy yumm cheese chilli.stay safe stay healthy and happy
