Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 400gm. chicken breast cut into pieces
  2. for marination 3 to 4 tbs cornflour, 1ts black pepper powder,
  3. 1 tspsalt, 1egg, 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  4. for fry oil
  5. 1capsicum cut cubes, 1 big onion cut cubes, 2green chilli cut
  6. long, garlic and ginger cut small, soya sauce, chilli sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken for 10mins and deep fry it. 1tbs oil heat nicely in a fry pan, add onion

  2. 2

    Capsicum chilli ginger and garlic. toss 2 mins add fried chicken. add the sauce mix well. 1/2 tbs cornstarch mix with 1/2 cup of water and add. cook 2 mins. garnish with cut spring onion. Chilli chicken ready.
