    Boil your chicken with spices if you don't have boiled one,fry in hot oil till golden brown and set aside,slice your onion and grind the scotch bonnet

    Add the onion and bonnet to a pan and add little oil,stir fry for five minutes,add the onga,maggi and curry and stir,add your fried chicken and continue stirring for 3 minutes,add little water and cover to simmer for 3_4 minutes,done.Serve with spag,rice cuscus or eat like that,you can even eat the sauce with bread
