    Peel the potatoes, slice and wash very well with enough water then drain out the water. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and fry in hot oil untill it is done.

    Wash the rice and parboil it. Wash again and cook untill it is cooked.

  3. 3

    Wash all the vegetables and blend them into a paste, put some oil in a pot when it is hot pour the paste and fry it in the oil.when it is well fried add spring onions, spices and little water to it. Serve on a plate and enjoy
