Dan wake

Dan wake is a delicious northern delicacy. I was born and bred in the north so I grew up taking this you don't know how delicious it tastes until you give it a try. Using already made flour of danwake is available in stores which is what I used for this recipe but you can make the flour by your self. Enjoy
Cooking Instructions

Ready made Dan wake flour

Soak some potash to melt it in water and add the water into the flour

Mix very well till you have a smooth dough free of lumps

Place some water in a pot over heat when it boils drop the Dan wake into the water little balls at a time leave it for about 10-15 min or until its well cooked pour into a colander.

Garnish with veggies of choice pour a little vegetable oil yaji and maggi mix it up enjoy.
