In another bowl whisk egg, flavour and yeast, add it to the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough (sticky dough)
Dust flour on ur hand and begin to knead 😂😂😂 while kneading add ur butter and knead well😂😂 knead knead knead till u are tired😂😂😂
Dust flour on a surface or parchment paper I used A4 paper sef😂😂
Cut the dough to ur desire shapes (mould or doughnut cutter) allow it to rise

Heat oil in a pan, kar ku cika oil in (blue flame) in yayi zafi fry it with the parchment paper till golden brown..

Makes 24-30 doughnut holes. Everytime I've made them, it's made 29. The story behind this recipe for me is that for highschool swimming, we had to make a baked good or treat to share with the team. I didn't want to just do something predictable like chocolate chip cookies, so I thought about the other sweets that I enjoy. And I thought about the State Fair and mini donuts popped in my mind. These doughnut holes are simple, fun and quick to make.
