Cooking Instructions

Take butter in a pan
Heat it up and add whole spices
Roast a bit
Add finely chopped onions
Sauté a little then add ginger garlic paste and 1 green chilli saute well. - 2
Now add tomato pulp and keep cooking
till oil separates from the tomato paste. - 3
Now add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. saute well.
Add khoya and cook well. - 4
Keep cooking on low flame to avoid burning
When khoya is well absorbed in masalas add 1 cup of water and adjust consistency.

Add in paneer cubes and give a good mix.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or till paneer absorb flavours.
