Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsBasmati rice
  2. 1/3 kgGreen beans
  3. 1/2peas
  4. Carrots
  5. 2habanero pepper
  6. 3Atarugu
  7. Cabbage
  8. 1meddium size onion
  9. Boiled Kidneys
  10. 2eggs
  11. 2boullion cubes
  12. Stock water
  13. Oil
  14. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot boil the rice in the stock water, add salt,drain and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Dice the vegetables,i.e carrot, cabbage, onions, green beans wash and keep aside.

  3. 3

    In a wok or a pan add the oil and scramble the eggs, add the vegetables, seasoning and spices and stir fry and for 5-10 minutes.

    Add the cooled rice to the pan and stir fry.

  5. 5

    Enjoy.
