Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 2 tsptomato/chicken boullion
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic
  6. 1/2 tspminced onion or onion powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium high heat.

    Fry dry rice until rice begins to turn white.

  3. 3

    Add water, onion, and seasonings and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Turn down heat to medium low. Cover. Let this cook for 20 minutes and leave it alone!

  5. 5

    Check rice to make sure it is fully cooked and all water is cooked away. Stir and fluff with a fork. I like to add a bit more boullion for flavor. This is a family favorite!!!
