Cooking Instructions

Heat a pan add oilve oil,add chopped onions, garlic and jalapeno stir it for few minutes..

Then add quinoa, black beans, toasted chipotle peppers and roasted tomatoes stir it for few minutes then add the dry spices
- 3
Then add water cover the lid and cooked it until all the water evaporates garnished with avacado served hot...
