Ingredients

  2. 1 cupsoaked tur dal
  3. 1/2 cupRaw pumpkin
  4. 1Raw banana
  5. 1Potato
  6. 1Raw papaya
  7. 1Brinjal
  8. fewDrumsticks
  9. 2Tomatoes
  10. someLadyfinger
  11. 12 cupgreen peas
  12. 1 tsp grated ginger
  13. 2 tspgrated coconut
  14. 2tej patta
  15. 2dry red chillies
  16. 1/2 tspPanch phoran
  17. ForMasala(dry roast and grind)-
  18. 2 tspcumin seeds
  19. 2 tsp pepper
  20. 2-3dry red chillies
  21. 4-5dalchini pieces

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast and grind to a smooth powder.

    Assemble everything.

    Take 1 glass water in a pressure cooker add turmeric, salt and tur dal. Add veggies like raw banana, pumpkin potato, papaya and cook on medium high flame for 1 whistle

    Open lid add brinjal, drumsticks, peas add salt, tej patta,some water and pressure cook for 1 whistle on medium low flame

  5. 5

    In a pan add oil, panch phoran, red chillies,hing add ladyfinger and tomatoes till soft. Add dal veggies and stir

    Add masala, grated coconut and cook for 5 mins. Serve hot
