Wash and slice your pumpkin leaf..put in a bowl and set aside

Wash your beef,fish,cow skin and stock fish with warm salty water..put in a clean pot and seasoning with onions,salt,pepper/tatasha and maggi,..cook for 10min..

Blend you melon.. Put in a bowl..all water and stir..break in your egg and stir..set aside..

Pour in your melon into your boiling stock..leave to cook for 10min.. Stir and pour in your red oil together with your crayfish. Allow to cook for 5min..pour in your leaf and stir..allow to cook for 3min..y

Your soup is ready..serve with any sallow of your choice
