Ingredients

4 to 5 hours
  1. 3 lbsBeef Chuck cubed
  2. 3shallots or yellow onion chopped
  3. 4 clovesgarlic chopped
  4. 2 stalkscelery diced
  5. 4large russet potatoes peeled,rinsed and cubed
  6. 1,5 cupsPinot Noir, or Italian Chianti
  7. 2 cupsBeef broth or, chicken stock or water
  8. 2large carrots sliced
  9. 1 tablespoondried thyme
  10. 1Tblsp spoon salt
  11. 2tblsp ground black pepper
  12. 3tblspoon olive oil
  13. 1Tblsp tomato paste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up a skillet add Olive oil in the mean time take beef and dust with flour just coated add to heated skillet brown meat on all sides then take out of pan and set a side on a plate

    Add shallots, salt and pepper, tomato paste saute for a minute add garlic and red wine, broth bring to simmer.

    Put potatoes carrots, thyme, celery and beef in a slow cooker add broth mixture cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours place in a bowl add parsley enjoy🤗
