Ingredients

  1. 1squash, cut in half cleaned out
  2. 1 cupcrushed tomato
  3. 1/4-1/2 poundground beef
  4. 1chunk philly cream cheese (bigger chunk= creamier sauce)
  5. 1/4onion diced small
  6. Parm cheese
  7. to tasteDried basil,
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place the cut, cleaned out squash on baking sheet and bake for 45min at 400°F

  2. 2

    Meanwhile in a pan brown beef, add your onions and seasoning. Once browned, add tomato sauce and philly, let cook on low until squash is done

  3. 3

    Once squash is cooked, "shred" into spaghetti strands.

  4. 4

    Top each side with the beef mixture, then top with parm cheese.

  5. 5

    Place back in oven under broil until golden.

  6. 6

    That easy! Enjoy
