  2. Irish potatoes,cooked
  3. 1small onion, chopped
  4. cubesSeasoning
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Chilli powder
  7. Parsley, chopped
  8. Eggs
  9. Breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mash the cooked potatoes, add the minced tofu,add parsley,onion, chilli powder, salt and seasoning cubes.mix everything well.make into shapes of choice (ball or log), dip in beaten eggs and then breadcrumbs then deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot with any dip of choice.
