Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 6firm white tofu, mashed
  • 2onion leeks, minced
  • 1/2 tbspchicken stock powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2eggs (1 beaten for dip)
  • 100 grflour
  • 100 grbread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix mashed tofu, egg, onion leeks, salt, pepper, and stock powder.

  2. 2

    Form mixture into 4 patties.

  3. 3

    Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs.

  4. 4

    Deep fry for about 2 minutes until golden. Serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce.
