Ingredients

  1. 1/4full chopped capsicum
  2. 1/4full chopped tomatoes
  3. 1/4full chopped onions
  4. 2eggs
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Break one egg at a time and beat well

  2. 2

    Add salt and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add onions, tomatoes, capsicums and mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour a teaspoon of oil in the pan,then add 3/4 of the mixture.

  5. 5

    Start folding from one side.

  6. 6

    Then add the remaining mixture and continue folding the other side.let it cook for few minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve with tea or a cup of milk.
