  1. 4 slicesbread
  2. 4eggs
  3. 5sausages
  4. 5fresh tomatoes
  5. Mayonnaise
  6. leavesLettuce

    These are the ingredients you need. Dice the sausages, wash and slice the tomatoes, and wash the lettuce.

    Place your sliced bread on a flat surface and cut it a hole from the centre using a round cutter.

    Put a teaspoonful of vegetable oil in a nonstick pan and heat, place the bread and break one egg into the hole. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.

    Carefully flip the other side and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat procedure for the rest of the slices.

    Heat a spoonful of oil in a pan and add your diced sausages and fry. Put in a bowl.

    Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the sausages and mix well.

    Place one egg in a hole on a flat surface,spread the sausage mayo mixture, top it with the lettuce leaf,tomatoe slices

    Then spread mayonnaise and cover with another egg in a hole. Repeat procedure for the others.

    Cut horizontally nd serve
