Ingredients

1 1/2 hours
3 servings
  1. Semo half small leather
  2. Water
  3. Oil
  4. For the soup
  5. Water
  6. Onion and pepper grinded
  7. Locust bean with ginger powder and cloves (daddawa)
  8. Spices
  9. Powdered okro (dried)
  10. Beans
  11. Potassium

Cooking Instructions

    Add water to a pot and add little oil,allow to boil.

    Add your Semo gradually while stirring till thick in consistency as desired. Your Semo is ready

    Fry your pepper and onion with palm oil or oil and add water.

  4. 4

    Grind your beans and wash,add to the pot,add daddawa and allow to simmer for at least 1 hour

  5. 5

    Add in all your spices and begin adding the okro powder while stirring to avoid lumps,add little potassium and allow to cook for 2 more minutes. And tadaaaaa your Semo and soup is ready

    You can use oil and water to be dipping your serving spoon so the Semo will not stick to it.
