Had some left over corned beef.

I came up with this recipe when I cooked in our school as our dish in our Recipe Book.The Basil Leaves container there is the seasonings in the Ingredients below. I mixed it all together to put them all together at once.

Whenever my kids demand easy breakfast, I rely on casseroles. This is one of our favorites.

Not quite fond of corned beef until I cooked it for an entire day in crock pot. Absolutely tender and delicious. The tasty cabbage is a perfect complement for it.

Not much of a story here. Just something my boys enjoy when we make it on the holidays.
