Ingredients: 500 gr potatoes, peeled, diced, steamed until soft, removed from the heat, set aside; 2 Tbsp butter; 1/2 onion, minced; 200 gr corned beef; 1 medium carrot, small diced; 100 gr green beans, cut into small pieces; 100 gr frozen corn; 1/2 tsp salt or to taste; 1/4 tsp white pepper powder or to taste; 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder; 2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced

Ingredients

1/2onion, minced
200 grcorned beef
1medium carrot, small diced
100 grgreen beans, cut into small pieces
100 grfrozen corn
1/2 tspsalt or to taste
1/4 tspwhite pepper powder or to taste
1/2 tspnutmeg powder
2 stalksgreen onions, thinly sliced

Steps

Heat butter in a skillet. Sauté onion until fragrant.

Add corned beef. Mix well.

Add carrot,green beans, and corn. Keep stirring until the vegetables cooked.

Season with salt, white pepper powder, and nutmeg powder. Mix well. Test the test.

Lastly, add sliced green onions. Mix well again. Remove from the heat. Serve warm. Yum! 😋
