Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  3. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsoda bicarb
  6. 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tablespoonrice flour
  9. 2 cupschopped spring onion leaves
  10. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  11. 1/2 cupchopped dil (soya) leaves
  12. 1chopped green chilli
  13. 500 mloil for deep frying
  14. 1 teaspoonginger -garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes.

    Chopped all leaves. Keep aside.

    Take besan in a bowl. Add all the ingredients to besan (except oil and salt). Mix them and leave for 5 minutes.

    Heat oil in a kadhai, deep-fry pakode on medium heat till golden.

    Serve with green chutney.
